The course of vaginoplasty
The surgery is performed using general or local anesthesia. It does not last more than two hours. Generally, the doctors keep the natural contour of the labia making them much more natural. This plastic surgery allows to correct asymmetrical labias, make them bigger or smaller.
Instructions after the treatment
The period of full convalescence takes about two months. Wounds will heal after a week and the woman is able to walk after a few days. For the first seven days, it is recommended to lie in semi reclining position. It is very important to maintain good personal hygiene after vaginoplasty.
